PACS is a leading, independently owned, plant hire and consumables organisation. It provides total supply solutions to large blue chip companies working on power utility, petro-chemical and major industrial construction sites throughout the UK and Europe.

The services offered range from the supply of basic consumable items such as safety equipment, tools, janitorial equipment, welding materials and abrasive equipment right through to the hire of large industrial plant. Equipment such as power distribution boards and transformers, welding equipment, lifting equipment, cranes, site accommodation and power tools can all be provided. We have one of the youngest fleets in the market, which means greatest reliability, the latest technology and provides our customers with the most professional image on site.

Our services can combine supply solutions as mentioned above along with total project management throughout the duration of a project. This can include a dedicated project management team, on-site stores facilities and the provision of a fully computer controlled issue management system. This unique approach allows us to control all issues of equipment to the site and produce regular spend reports and KPI’s

PACS is a member of the Hire Association Europe; the HAE is the combination of two leading trade association; HAE and EHA which encompass hire and rental companies in the UK and Ireland.

The Association's activities range from offering support to member companies to assist in improving industry standards to supporting campaigns to increase the awareness of the benefits of hire & rental to the end user. Hire Association Europe develops partnerships with Government agencies both in the UK and Europe and serves the industry through lobbying on behalf of its membership.
